The Premier League has almost officially confirmed the transfer of Fabio Vieira to Arsenal, despite the club’s announcement.
Over the past week, it has been strongly reported that the Portuguese would sign, and the deal appears to be finalized now.
Vieira was added to the PL website’s list of players, with his current club being listed as Arsenal before being removed.
With a strong record of assists for Porto this season, it will be interesting to see him in the Premier League next year.
He has a record of playing on the left, but he possesses experience on the left as well. With Martin Odegaard and Emile Smith Rowe in competition for the AM position, he will have a hard time earning a regular starting spot.
Our intention seems to be to wrap up our summer business very quickly, which will benefit us going into preseason, while our priority remains to add a forward.
